Finding the best off strip hotel in Las Vegas can be a challenge. For an ultimate experience, standards have to be set high, an off -strip Vegas hotel must be clean, updated, without smells, lots of places to eat and drink, nice open casino with newer slots.

The Orleans Hotel, Las Vegas is an off-strip hotel that is reasonably priced and very nice. It was cheap, clean, lots of amenities to offer. Check out the hotel review!

Hotel Room

The Orleans Hotel surprised me, the room was super clean and comfortable. I stayed in a 2 Queen room, which also had large sofa and huge bathroom. The bedding and pillows were fresh, and super cozy and comfortable, probably better than mine at home! It was a nice welcome when I arrived late at night or early in the morning.

Casino

The casino is larger than I thought. In the main area the ceilings are very high. Many machines to pick from and bars to sit at to do your best at video poker. I thought there were a large number of current games. Although the coloring and decor seems a bit dated, I felt comfortable playing here for hours on end. We had plenty of servers come around to give us complimentary drinks too!

Food

This hotel also offers a food court and several restaurants and shops, there is a spa available as well. From sit down Asian cuisine to pizza, subs and icecream, they have it all covered. It’s nice not to have to go leave the hotel to grab a quick bite, you can keep playing!

Pool

They also have a huge pool area with lots if chairs, a bar, and even a large hot tub. I thought it was very updated and roomy. It was surprisingly not busy and did not have a nightclub vibe, which was nice. Rent a cabana, chair, and umbrella for the day.

Bowling

Up the escalator is a huge bowling alley, large enough to hold major bowling tournaments. A snack bar and bar and kids arcade are also convenient. I noticed lockers and a sock vending maching.

Parking was easy, there is lots of it surrounding the hotel. Just dont’ leave anything that will melt in your car, because it will!!

Overall, this hotel is great! It’s cheap, super clean, rooms are modern and so many things they offer. I would surely stay here anytime I go to Vegas!
